Terms of Service

JistGrid (“we”, “us”) is a social platform operated from Nigeria. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use JistGrid. You are responsible for your account, your password, and everything posted from it. You must give us accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You keep ownership of the posts, comments, images, videos and documents you upload (“Content”). You grant JistGrid a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display and distribute your Content for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. You confirm you have the rights to share whatever you post and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

You agree not to use JistGrid for illegal activity, harassment, hate speech, impersonation, scams, spam, malware, sexual content involving minors, or anything that violates Nigerian law or the laws of your country. See our Community Guidelines for the full list. We may remove content and disable accounts that break the rules.

Some features let users tip creators, top up a wallet, or buy a premium subscription. Where payments are enabled, they are processed by a third-party payment provider. Tips and top-ups are not refundable once delivered, except where required by law. We may pause or change these features at any time.

Reviews of brands, services and products posted on JistGrid are the personal opinions of the users who post them. We do not endorse user reviews. If you believe a review about you or your business is false or defamatory, use the in-app report button and we will review it under our content policy.

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content is accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JistGrid is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or revenue arising from your use of the service.

You can stop using JistGrid at any time. We can suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, for legal reasons, or to protect the service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive (Content licence, disclaimers, liability) will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts in Nigeria, unless mandatory consumer rules in your country require otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date. Significant changes will be announced in-app.
