What we collect
- Account info: email, username, display name, avatar.
- Content: posts, comments, messages, documents, images and any metadata.
- Usage: device type, IP address, browser, pages viewed, interactions, approximate location.
- Payments: if you tip or top up, our payment processor handles card/crypto details. We only see the result (success/failure, amount, reference).
How we use it
To operate, secure and improve JistGrid; deliver content, notifications and tips; prevent fraud, spam and abuse; comply with legal obligations; and (with your permission) personalise what you see.
Who can see your content
Posts and profile fields you mark as public are visible to everyone. Direct messages are only visible to participants. Admins may access content when reviewing reports or investigating abuse.
Sharing with third parties
We share data with: our cloud infrastructure provider (hosting, database, storage), our payment provider (when you pay or receive money), and law enforcement when required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies
We use essential cookies and similar local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can edit or delete your profile and content at any time. You can request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@jistgrid.com. We respond within 30 days.
Children
JistGrid is not directed at children under 13. We delete accounts we identify as belonging to children under 13.
Security
We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, hashed passwords, row-level security on the database). No system is 100% secure — if you suspect a breach, contact us immediately.
Changes
We will post updates to this page and bump the date above. Significant changes are announced in-app.
